Profit Accumulator is a well-established, fast-growing company that has emerged as the leading online Matched Betting platform, service, and community. We make it easy for our subscribers to earn tax-free money by teaching them how to Matched Bet and providing them with the right tools and processes to be successful. We are a team of 60 fully remote employees, based mainly in the UK, but also in over 7 other countries worldwide. We are growing fast and it is genuinely an exciting time to join us.

We are a profitable business and invest heavily in growing our teams with great talent. Due to current and future projects, we will be looking to hire aggressively in our tech team and we realise that a specialist recruiter is required to help us not only find and hire talent, but get very involved in wider hiring strategy and employer branding.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Post technical job adverts across website, job boards & LinkedIn
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
  • Parse specialised skills and qualifications to screen CVs
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders & CTO to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Work alongside Head of Talent Acquisition to grow a long term employer branding strategy
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Key Experience:

  • Proven experience as a broad Technical Recruiter. We use a very diverse and modern tech stack for ongoing and future projects, whilst phasing out our legacy stack. 
  • A strong record of placing full stack software / web developers
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats
  • Strong ability to understand and explain job requirements for tech roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of cross channel sourcing techniques 
  • Equipped for fully remote work
