Ladbrokes have suspended betting on on James Rodriguez joining Manchester United from Real Madrid.
The Colombian had been as short as 1/10 to join the Red Devils with the bookies, and now they’ve suspended betting with the deal considered as good as done.
Ladbrokes News’ Dave Burin said: “Rodriguez joining United looks like a certainty, so all we’re waiting for now is the sight of the midfield maestro posing with the famous red shirt.”
Reports in Colombia say the 25-year-old has agreed to move to Old Trafford and it will be announced this week that he is leaving Spain.
In April, Liverpool had been favourites to sign Rodriguez, again according to Ladbrokes.
