Going forward, we're going to be placing a lot more emphasis on gathering and implementing feedback from our members.
We will be running at least one questionnaire per month which will give our Platinum members the opportunity to give us feedback on our product or service...or anything really.
The questions will vary from month to month, depending on what the hot topics are on the forum.
All feedback will be read, reviewed and discussed by all the team here at PA. Every comment will be considered.
