What's your name and where are you from?

Hi, my name is Toby and I’m from Hatfield, Hertfordshire

Please can you tell us a bit about yourself?

I’m 19 years old and a part time self-employed tennis coach currently on a gap year trying to go travelling with little luck. Big Arsenal fan and lover of most sports. I have a 7 year old Springer Spaniel named Boris after Boris Becker who absolutely loves tennis balls.

How long have you been a member of Profit Accumulator?

I first subscribed in August 2019.

Can you remember how you first heard about Matched Betting and what you initially thought about it? What convinced you to give it a go?

I first heard about it from a YouTube video a few years ago but thought it was likely a scam. About a year after that a colleague of mine at my first job was talking to me about it and I became very interested. I was not of legal gambling age at the time so I knew I’d have to wait but seeing his success made me want to try it for myself.

Had you ever placed a bet before Matched Betting? Did you know anything about sports at all?

Placed a few bets on football whilst at the Emirates and a few bets on the Grand National between my family but nothing other than that.

How easy or difficult did you find it to learn Matched Betting?

I was very apprehensive at the start so I took my time but got into it very quickly and just grew exponentially from there.

Can you remember what your starting bankroll (or cash float) was?

I started with about £100 but after seeing that it truly works after the first few bets I added an extra £500 and since then not needed to use anymore.

How much money have you made so far?

I’m currently just short of hitting £25k total at the end of September. I was hoping to make a few hundred a month when I first started so to see what I’ve accomplished makes me extremely proud of where I have got to.

Have you bought anything nice with your profits? Or are you saving up for something special?

I have paid for a trip to Thailand and Cambodia as well as another holiday to the South of France.

Do your family and friends understand how you have made the money?

I keep what I do very private and only a few people really know. I don’t think those I’ve told realise exactly what it is or that I make more than a few pounds doing it.

Are you a person that tracks everything or do you just roughly tot up your total profits every week or so?

I started off with a spreadsheet that tracked every little detail about all the bets I placed and where my money was but now I just have a few columns for total deposits/withdrawals and current balance in order to work out my total Profit/Loss.

How much time do you think you spend Matched Betting? When do you tend to do most of your Matched Betting?

I usually spend a few hours a day. The mornings I do the easy offers such as the WH 2nds and then check for Extra Places throughout the day.

More recently I’ve been trying to spend less time doing it and not letting it get in the way of other things and I haven’t seen much difference in profits so I will continue like this.

What kind of offers do you do to make money now?

How have you found PA’s services so far? What aspects of the PA site do you like the most?

PA have been brilliant. When I started I found the videos very useful and the website is easy to use.

By far the thing I’m most grateful for is the extra place catcher as it makes doing EPs so efficient. I love the auto refresh feature so that I can leave multiple tabs of it open and it will update with horses that match my filter whenever they appear.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking of starting Matched Betting?

To watch some videos so they understand how it works and that it’s not a scam. Get involved ASAP but to take it slow and learn the ropes first. Free trials are available if they are worried it’s a risk.

What would you say to people who think Matched Betting is a scam, gambling or too good to be true?

That I thought exactly the same thing before I started and you will always wish you started earlier once you get going.

What advice and tips would you give to a new PA member who has just started Matched Betting?

What advice and tips would you give to a PA member who’s just about to start doing reload offers?

Once again to not avoid the smaller offers as every little bit of profit really does help.

Also to look into the ‘harder’ reloads such as Extra Places and Accumulator bets as there is a lot of money to be made with them once you understand it.
