What's your name and where are you from?

Lynn from Cheshire

Please can you tell us a bit about yourself?

I’m 55, married with 3 grown up children and blessed with 3 grandchildren. I work full time, love walking and visiting new places.

How long have you been a member of Profit Accumulator?

4.5 months.

Can you remember how you first heard about Matched Betting and what you initially thought about it? What convinced you to give it a go?

I saw an ad on Facebook. I was very sceptical about it, but all the reviews were excellent. I did a bit of research on Matched Betting as I’d never heard of it and decided I’d give it a try. Nothing to lose but my initial deposit if it didn’t work out.

Had you ever placed a bet before Matched Betting? Did you know anything about sports at all?

I knew nothing about any sport, no interest in football and had only ever taken part in the sweepstake at work for the Grand National

How easy or difficult did you find it to learn Matched Betting?

Very easy, I’ve taken it slowly, read everything and followed the instructions.

What was your starting bankroll (or cash float)?

Definitely it was £30.00!!!! As initially I thought I would start with £30 and add £20 a month if it worked. It was slow to start, moving money from bookies back into the exchange, but I never needed to add an extra monthly amount, as my bankroll just keeps increasing and I’m not treating it as a race.

How much profit have you made so far?

To date, I’ve just gone over £1300 profit. It may not sound a lot but that's a lot higher interest than any bank and equates to about £280 a month without putting any pressure on my time.

I’m not able to do Saturdays so I realise I lose out and have had a few weeks where I’ve not been able to find the time due to work/home commitments, but that’s the beauty that I can dip in and out and learn more as time allows.

Have you bought anything nice? Or are you saving up for something special?

I’ve withdrawn an odd amount for days out with the grandkids and treated myself to a horse-riding lesson. It's something I’ve never done as I prefer spending on the grandkids etc (midlife crisis, may even take this up, won’t win any races though!!)

I would love to hit £4K by my 1 year anniversary with PA. It would be good to get enough to treat the grandkids a trip to Disneyland Paris and leave enough in the exchanges to carry on.

Do your family and friends understand how you have made the money?

My husband was worried that I would start gambling but is now reassured that I won’t be tempted to. He’s now used to me saying “I’m in my office studying”. I.e. sorting out my bets and lays.

I now know footballers’ names, can recognize them on TV, know who plays for which team and actually watch football matches much to the amusement of my husband 😊 . Just to clarify – no knowledge of football is required; I’m just picking up who’s who.

Are you a person that tracks everything or do you just roughly tot up your total profits every week or so?

I’ve tracked everything to understand where I am making the money and keep track of QL’s.

I’ve tried a few different ways of tracking, but Ragman Fountains (thankyou) spreadsheet seems to suit me better and then I’ll input the end of the month figure into PA tracker.

How much time do you think you spend Matched Betting? When do you tend to do most of your offers?

About 30 mins at lunchtime, Monday to Friday and about an hour on a Sunday. I know I miss out with not doing Saturdays but I’m still happy with the results. It actually shows what I could achieve if I put the time and commitment in.

What kind of offers do you do to make money now?

I’ve started doing reloads, boosts, horse refunds, daily free spins and bet clubs.

I tend to stick to horses with some bookies and football with others. I’ve been gubbed by one bookie so far, which I took as a rite of passage.

I was scared of laying accas for quite a while but am over this now I understand them. There is a lot more money to be made. I’m sticking with sports offers for the moment as don’t feel I understand the EV with Casino Offers yet.

How have you found PA's services so far?

Excellent, can’t fault the staff, who always respond to any enquiry. The tools are invaluable.

The Facebook group with all the advice from staff and members is amazing. Andy Cooper is a legend with his daily posts.

The membership for PA pays for itself.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking of starting Matched Betting?

Just do it!!!

You have nothing to lose if you just follow the guides.

What would you say to people who think Matched Betting is a scam, gambling or too good to be true?

Do your research to make an informed decision. It’s a system that works and is not gambling.

What advice and tips would you give to a new PA member who has just started Matched Betting?

Read everything 3 times, and then check everything and watch for qualifying odds and bets that need to be settled same day.

Take it slowly and learn to back and lay without making mistakes. Then learn to do it quicker!

What advice and tips would you give to a new PA member who's just about to start doing reload offers?

Make sure you’ve signed up to be notified of any promotions. Go through the guides, Follow the daily posts on FB and check the forum.
