How long have you been a member of PA?

I joined late last year, so I’ve been a member for seven or eight months.

How did you hear about it?

I was talking to a friend about my recent changes in job role and I was looking for something to make a little bit of money on the side. He suggested looking at PA.

How have you found it?

I thought it was going to be a lot trickier but actually find it quite simple. After you get your head around it, it's really just about following the process.

What do you do with the profit you make?

The money’s been great. I’ve bought a car. It’s on lease but matched betting is helping to pay for it. It helps pay the rent and I have that surplus of money now, which helps make things a lot calmer in terms of finances.

How much time do you spend on matched betting?

It varies a lot but I'd say probably an average of eight hours per week. It's usually a bit in the evenings and then slightly longer on Saturdays, when there's more sport on and more offers.

Why does matched betting appeal to you?

I like that you can do it from pretty much anywhere. You can be sitting in a coffee shop, thinking about how you want to make some money this weekend. It’s that quick and that simple.

What would be your advice to someone thinking of trying matched betting?

The videos are great, just make sure you watch them through carefully and you can’t really go wrong.

I went for dinner with my friends and we were talking about it. They were all saying they don’t know about betting or sport. I explained that it didn’t matter - it wasn’t about betting or sports, it’s just about the process. Now they’ve all since signed up and have also made some good money.
