We are so confident that you will make money with Profit Accumulator, so you can claim a full 100% refund during your first 30 days if you are unhappy with our service and you have not made a profit. Simply send an email to [email protected] from your registered Profit Accumulator e-mail address and request a refund of your membership.
This is only available within 30 days of your FIRST ever payment to us of any kind, including £1 trials. You will not be able to claim a refund if it has been more than 30 days since your first payment.
Existing customers that take out a new subscription with us are not eligible. Add-on purchases are not eligible. Strictly limited to one per person, household, IP address. Refunds will be denied if patterns of abuse are detected (such as abusing our £1 trial or our Refer a Friend Promotion).
All subscriptions can be cancelled via your "My Account" section by scrolling to the bottom of the 'Your Details' page and clicking on Cancel Membership, this will cancel the automated billing so you will not be further charged. You will be sent a confirmation email upon cancellation. Please make sure you receive this confirmation so that you know it has been cancelled. We won't issue refunds of subsequent payments because you forgot to cancel or didn't complete the cancellation process.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and returned to your account. The vast majority of refunds will only take up to 48 hours, but there may be instances when the delay is longer. There is no cancellation fee and we will pay all the associated PayPal charges.
