Introductory Offers
We may offer new and/or existing customers special offers from time to time. Examples of such offers include £1 trials of our paid membership options for a specific number of days, or specific discounts on a paid membership option for set time periods. Promotional offers and discounts are available for limited time periods only. Except where otherwise stated, discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Purchase of our services are only via our website, and Platinum, Diamond and Pro memberships require a registered account with valid payment details to redeem a discounted offer. Account credits and offers cannot be redeemed for cash. After the specified time period of any discounted offer ends, you will be charged the stated full price each month or year until you cancel your active membership with us.
Offers are limited to one individual person, unless stated otherwise.
Where we make such offers, introductory offers are only available to new users of the website who have not previously been a Platinum, Diamond or Pro Member. Previously registered users do not qualify for an additional offer unless expressly stated.
Previously registered users refers to any combination of:
- a user with a user account at Outplayed.com (formerly outplayed.com),
- a credit or debit card, a credit or debit card holder,
- a delivery address,
- a cardholder address,
- or a household,
who have previously made use of the Outplayed service.
We retain the right to remove discounted prices and we may cancel any special offer, introductory offer, or discount at any time without notice. These terms are subject to change at any time.
You must be aged 18 or older and a UK resident to create an Outplayed account (for both free trial and paid memberships) and to be eligible for any promotional offers. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information. At our sole discretion, we may restrict who may enter into offers for any reason.
Free Trial
You can register for our free 7-day Platinum trial here. Our free trial offers limited access to our software so you can learn the basics of Matched Betting. After the 7-day free trial ends, you will be charged the full monthly Platinum membership rate. The current full monthly membership for Platinum is £39.99.
Should you wish to upgrade your free trial to a Platinum, Diamond or Pro membership, you may do so at any time and you will be billed instantly when you upgrade (and either monthly or annually recurring, depending on the package selected). £1 Platinum Trials
Our £1 Platinum trials offer full access to our sports software, community forum and bookmaker bonuses for the limited time duration specified on each offer. The duration of each offer begins when the £1 payment is taken (e.g. 7 days from when you pay £1). On the day following the expiry of any of these offers, you will be charged at the full monthly Platinum membership rate. The current full monthly membership for Platinum is £39.99.
£1 Diamond Trials
Our £1 Diamond trials offer full access to our sports and casino software, community forum and bookmaker and casino bonuses for the limited duration specified on each offer. The duration of each offer begins when the £1 payment is taken (e.g. 7 days from when you pay £1). On the day following the expiry of any of these, you will be charged at the full Diamond monthly membership rate. The current full monthly membership for Diamond is £49.99.
Annual Platinum membership
Our annual Platinum membership offers give full access to our sports software, community forum and bookmaker bonuses for one year. The duration of the offer begins when the annual payment is taken. For annual Platinum memberships, full payment is taken instantly. Annual memberships cannot be prorated to a monthly payment. On the day following the expiry of the offer, you will be charged for another annual Platinum membership.
Annual Diamond membership
Our annual Diamond membership offers give full access to our sports and casino software, forum and bookmaker and casino bonuses for one year. The duration of the offer begins when the annual payment is taken. For annual Diamond memberships, full payment is taken instantly. Annual memberships cannot be prorated to a monthly payment. On the day following the expiry of the offer, you will be charged for another annual Diamond membership.
Annual Pro membership
Our annual Pro membership offers give full access to our sports and casino software, as well as exclusive access to the Extra Place Master, 2UP Master and Price Boost Pro for one year. The duration of the offer begins when the annual payment is taken. For annual Pro memberships, full payment is taken instantly. Annual memberships cannot be prorated to a monthly payment. On the day following the expiry of the offer, you will be charged for another annual Pro membership.
% discount off, or stated discount amount, for a specified period only (usually a month) on a Platinum membership
These offers provide full access to our sports software, forum and bookmaker bonuses for the specified time period (most frequently 'a month') at a discounted percentage rate off the current full Platinum monthly membership price or for a stated discount amount. On the day following the expiry of any of these offers, you will be charged at the full monthly Platinum membership rate. The current full monthly membership for Platinum is £39.99.
Cancellation and Refunds
We are so confident that you will make money with Outplayed that we offer you the ability to claim a full 100% refund during your first ever 30 days of any paid membership if you are unhappy with our service or feel that it's not quite for you. Simply send an email to support@outplayed.com from your registered Outplayed e-mail address and request a refund of your membership. This 30 day money back guarantee is only available within the 30 days of your FIRST ever payment to us of any kind. This includes the first date of payment for £1 trials or similar promotional offers. You will not be able to claim a refund if it has been more than 30 days since your first payment.
